Can I have this custom made?
Yes, all my items can be custom made to order. Please inquire via email and I will be happy to discuss your needs. Also, if you have a vision of an outfit and it is not in the listings, please email and I can discuss making a completely custom order.
How long does a custom made item take?
All item lead times are stated in the product description. Some items take 2 weeks and some of the more complicated can take up to 4 weeks. If you have any questions regarding time, please email and I will happily discuss with you.
When is my payment due?
Payment in full is due upon product order. I cannot start your item until full payment is received. Many times fabrics have to be ordered.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, I will gladly take your credit card via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account there are instructions on how to pay via Paypal without having a Paypal account in my policies.
I also take Google checkout and money orders. If paying by money order, please be aware that I cannot start your item until money order has been received and clears my bank (usually 1 week). If you have any questions, please email.
Can I combine shipping?
I will happily combine shipping for you to save a bit of money. Please email me and I can set up a special listing for you with all your items and combined shipping.
What if I want another color than shown in the listing?
I can make most items in the any color listed in the product description. Please email me if you would like to see another color option and I will email you the color choices.
