This pirate coat looks like a tuxedo style a groom would wer to his wedding. Colonial style frock jacket in a nice pinstripe fabric would be nice for a pirate wedding or great for your pirate persona or larp event.
This is similar to our basic coat but does have some extra "bling" to it. This style reminds me of a tuxedo, hence the name.
Made from a gray pinstripe suiting fabric. This fabric is a cotton/wool blend lightweight fabric. Needs to be dry cleaned but great for layering and hot summer faire weather.
Coat is unlined, has a 2 piece fitted sleeve with large "bell" cuffs, and pocket flaps (no actual pockets). The cuffs and pocket flaps are made from a black cotton canvas to contrast the gray of the base fabric. Very dashing! There are 3 godets inset in the back of the coat to give this coat a lot of movement when you walk. There are 20 faux buttonholes down the front edge of the coat. The color of these are a black to natch the cuffs and pocket flaps. This adds an air of sophistication to the coat. There are 20 glass fired buttons down the front also. Sizes available are S, M, L & XL.
S = 34-36
M = 38-40
L = 42-44
XL = 46-48
Would be great for your pirate persona at Renaissance faire or pirate events. This item would also be great for American Revolutionary War reenactment. It is the same design as they wore mid 1700's.
This is a custom made order so I will need 7-10 days to complete after you order. Measurements needed will be chest measurement. If you require a plus size, please email me regarding this. I can certainly make a larger size than listed for an additional pattern draft fee.
